Road Construction

We implement road works projects in all categories. Whether working on motorways, rural or urban roads, new roads or asphalt, crystalberg provides the full range of road construction solutions and guarantees appropriate surfaces.

Building Construction

We initiate construction of new structures but not limited to rehabilitation of existing facilities. At Crystalberg, we use latest building technologies to ensure we not only guarantee a technically firm structure but also impeccable finishes.

Concrete Solutions

Crystalberg ready mix concrete guarantees quality into your construction process and at the same time reduction of labor costs. We offer onsite production of ready mix concrete with our self-loading mobile trucks where applicable and mobile batching plants in inaccessible areas. This reduces our client’s costs by 40-50%.

Other Civil Works

Crystalberg also implements water works projects among other civil works related projects. We have in-house project to project solutions that include; Dam excavations, cabro laying solutions, sport facilities repairs, pavings repairs, shotcrete &wall cracks repairs among others.

Our Project Management

At Crystalberg we manage construction projects on behalf of our clients. We know the common hurdles that come with project implementation can be time consuming and hectic. Therefore, we task our project managers to help you through;

  1. Estimate and negotiate project costs.
  2. Create schedule and work timetables.
  3. Determine which methods and strategies are appropriate for the project
  4. Communicate with clients and stakeholders, re. budget, progress, etc.
  5. Lead or interface with workers, teams and other construction professions on technical and contract details.
  6. Work with safety, building, construction and regulatory specialists.
